Duda Delayed, SPJ Conference Still Great

BIRMINGHAM– What a disappointment to arrive on the UAB campus this morning to find out that Clay Duda had a family emergency and would not be speaking after all.

In his place, SPJ Alabama PRO Chapter President Dennis Pillion of al.com gave a great talk about strategies for using video online.

Pillion, one of my former students, has really taken al.com’s video efforts to a whole new level.

You can see his work on the al.com Web site.
